RUSTIC BROS PIZZA CO

The word pizza was first documented in A.D. 997 in Gaeta and successively in different parts of Central and Southern Italy.

Modern pizza evolved from similar flatbread dishes in Naples, Italy, in the 18th or early 19th century.

Fast forward and pizza is now enjoyed by people all over the world.  But any old pizza just won't do.

We're passionate about pizza, we care that it's authentic.  At Rustic Bros we make and serve you the most delicious and authentic 12" wood fired pizzas, topped with the finest Italian ingredients. We've even had our pizza oven lovingly crafted in the hills of Naples, the home of pizza.

Local materials were carefully sourced including local volcanic sand in the creation of our oven to ensure it can heat to the optimum temperature that it takes to cook a pizza in 1.5 minutes.
